It's pretty clear that this piece was printed on a dress pattern. This piece was originally carved for a multi colored reductive linoprint called "Kiss Kiss". The woman is my grandmother, the one who I still think of when I see sewing patterns.
I can still hear the sound of her "good scissors" cutting through fabric and paper.
