#1425

Blues and grays.
It has a fun kinda feel to it, kinda goofy landscape.
To me anyway, but what do I know?

#1424

Reaching out, in an octopus kinda way.
Charcoal gray on almost rose.

#1428

This is one of those that turned out extra-unexpectedly pretty.
I just didn't see it coming.

Turquoise, periwinkle, and deep sea blue.

An abstract piece, with layers of purple, olive and rose.

See you in New Orleans!

A special one for all you camera buffs out there.  And it's number 1400!
I've made 1400 of these little buggers!

#1391 (sold)

Happy Monday!  This piece has such a feeling of order about it, and simplicity.  Two good things to have on a Monday.  Steel blue, baby blue, sand, and a gray with just an edge of purple to it.

#1395

Here it is, the last for the week, I'll see what I can have fresh on Monday!

#1394 (sold)

A busy piece, with lots of texture.  Colors are gray, taupe, pale blue and charcoal.
The dark image on top is actually a bit of the reflector from the flash on the camera piece I did.
Busy, busy. A little like me today.

#1396 (sold)

Today's piece is a combination of mid gray over the yellow ochre color of dress pattern tissue.  The spring green lays over top.  Reminiscent of a garden, for me anyway.

#1384

#1384 is another one that looks good hanging more than one way, and has a bit of a landscape feel.

Enjoy, there are more to come!

#1392

This is one of those pieces that looks good from more than one direction, I think I actually prefer it with the stars running down the right hand side.  In any case, here it is #1392.
You do know that this means I've made nearly 1400 of these little babies now right?

#1398 (sold)

Now this is an elegant little one.
Robin egg blue and white over gray, with that deeply textured charcoal snippet.

Have a great day!

#1393 (sold)

Another in a batch of layered (elle)ements.  Roses and rice paper in charcoal, cream and rose red.
And if you're in the Atlanta area, come see me at the Atlanta Dogwood Festival, booth #127.
I'll have a booth full of these little babies, and more!

#1397 (sold)

Lime, deep sea blue and a little gray collide.
Makes me think of spring and rain and stuff, but that's just me.

#1387 (sold)

The next couple of weeks are going to be filled with blues and grays, and lots of layers.
Starting with this one!  Charcoal, and white, with a touch of cream.
A busy little composition, enjoy.

#1381 and #1382 (sold)

Today can be a double vision kinda day.
This block was originally carved for a painting called Four Eyes.
But these (elle)ements often wind up in the homes of optometrists, and four eyed folks alike!  The color is sorta beachy blue and grey.

#1092 (sold)

Some yellow roses for my Texas ladies!
I'll have a fresh batch off (elle)ements ready for Monday, have a great weekend.

#301 (sold)

A wee bit of octopus, using two boring names for color, grey and putty.

But an interesting piece none the less.
See you back here tomorrow!

#1175 (sold)

Today's (elle)ement is a little piece of "puppet".  Printed in black over a slate blue grey background.
Lots of text and wrinkles are visible from the printing process.
Perfect for those of you who like to see a little surface texture!
