#1086 (sold)

I love the combination of olive and purple, and this pattern was designed by my husband Scott. It is awfully nice to have such an artistic helping hand around!

Thanks for visiting my (elle)ements blog!

Each of these small paintings is an original. They are 4" mixed media on canvas. I use the standard depth canvas, about 3/4" deep, and the edges are painted black. I combine acrylic paint with various kinds of tissue and linoleum block prints. I carve all of the blocks myself, and do all the printing by hand. They could be framed, but don't need to be. They hang easily on a small nail, or even a push pin. And they look great in groups! If you hang them somewhere like next to a door where the wall tends to shake a bit, put a little square of masking tape on the back and you won't drive yourself crazy trying to keep them straight.

Each (elle)ement is $25 including shipping, or $90 for the group of four if you get it before any single piece is sold.

I will be posting a new group each week, at the end of each week I will rotate the pieces back out to festivals. So get them while they're hot.

How does that sound? You can collect them any way you want, cool colors, warm colors, all birds, or whatever strikes your fancy. It's your collection, rock it any way you want.
